Skilled, certified, and globally available
Our riding crews typically consist of experienced Danish and Polish boilermakers, led by a Danish chief boilermaker who acts as foreman. For larger projects, additional personnel, such as boilermakers and fitters from our Dubai or Singapore branches, can join the team to meet repair scope requirements.
Role of the chief boilermaker
- Acts as the primary point of communication with the vessel’s crew, shipyard, and Class surveyor
- Manages all necessary documentation and certification presentation
- Oversees working procedures, materials, and ensures repairs are approved by Class
Fully certified personnel
Each crew member carries:
- Welding Certificates
- Seaman Book
- Passport
- International Certificate of Vaccination
- Health Certificate for Seafarers
Most of our riding boilermakers also hold a US Visa (B1/B2 & C1/D), enabling swift mobilisation for projects in US waters.
